ABOUT ADVERSUS
This publication started in October 2017, originally as a vehicle to provide coverage for the Satanic Temple, but now a wholly independent and non-denominational e-zine.

The purpose of ADVERSUS itself was to provide the Satanic community with an ongoing independent news source to both inform readers about current events and activities and also provide an informal historical record of these.

ABOUT THE EDITOR
Braden Rhys is an eclectic Satanist of some thirty years. Originating from New Zealand, he encountered Anton LaVey's The Satanic Bible as a teenager and everything progressively evolved from there. In the early Nineties, he was a senior member and spokesperson for a NZ-based Satanic organization where he also produced content for a number of periodicals of that time.
After leaving NZ and a spending a decade in England, Braden has settled in Pennsylvania USA. He was formerly part of Satanic Philadelphia's leadership, during which time he wrote the live Black Mass performed in Philadelphia in October 2018.
